Shipping Time. The Time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the Customer's location, The time of year and the type of shipping the customer chooses. The Customer should Expect up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Shipping will be free on all orders over $30.00, shipped anywhere in the U.S.( Including Hawaii & Alaska). All orders under $30.00 will be subject to a flat $9.95 charge for shipping ground services anywhere in the U.S.
Shipping Method. Merchandise will be shipped using ground services unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged goods must be reported immediately by contacting us by phone or Email. If Damange is done to the product it will need to be returned to us for replacement of an identical item. Contact us for a return authorization number before product is shipped.
Return Merchandise Policy. We Accept returned Merchandise for Exchange for up to 45 days from the date of shipment. If you want a different product shipped to you that cost more then just pay the difference. Chains can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of shipment. After this period your chains are fully covered by the manufacturer for Life. Contact us before returning any item by phone or Email. We will give you the return details at that time. All returns will have shipping paid for by the customer unless product ship was in error.
Payment Method. We accept all major credit cards, money orders or payments through PayPal. The Quickest way to get your order is by paying with a credit card or PayPal. If you choose to phone or Email your oder in have a Description of the item and a Credit card ready. Also provide a shipping address and a way to contact you by phone or Email.
